This film blowing machine is developed and designed for water bag film of high performance and high quality requirements.

Performance and characteristics:

1.The equipment adopts a three-screw extrusion design. The screw has excellent plasticizing ability and extrusion performance, which can effectively meet the requirements of water-filled film for high tensile strength, high puncture performance and high toughness,

2.The mold used is designed according to the characteristics of this type of film. The mold is equipped with an IBC internal cooling device. The equipment adopts an upper haul-off rotating device to ensure the flatness of the produced bag water film. The equipment has high output, high automation, low energy consumption and other advantages.

3.The whole equipment adopts the high-performance film blowing machine control system Smart OS developed by our company, which has the advantages of simple operation and can be remotely operated, thus realizing remote assistance and remote troubleshooting.

4.The die/mold：The mold design is suitable for LDPE and HDPE mixed material blowing film, the diameter of the mold is 35cm, and the mold is equipped with IBC internal cooling device. 

5.The screw: It adopts high-quality, high-plasticizing, European-quality screw. The screw is made of double alloy material, which has the advantages of high output and good plasticizing ability.

6.The air ring:It adopts high-quality double duct air ring(LDPE)
