Our equipment is highly specialized and optimized for various degradable material processing. Since biodegradable raw materials require stricter extrusion and temperature control standards than traditional plastics, we have made targeted structural upgrades for the extrusion system. For PVA water-soluble film production, we optimize the screw, die head and air ring structure, while improving temperature control accuracy to perfectly adapt to the sensitive thermal characteristics of PVA materials.
