This ABC three-layer co-extrusion film blowing machine is engineered for LDPE material processing. With three independent extrusion systems, each layer can adopt different raw material formulas to customize film properties such as barrier performance, tensile strength and surface gloss. It can produce high-transparency, soft three-layer LDPE film widely used for food packaging bags, garment bags, courier bags, heavy-duty industrial bags and heat shrinkable bags. Equipped with advanced IBC cooling system, rotary traction and automatic winding unit, the machine delivers stable film forming and continuous high-volume production.

Flexible Three-layer Customized Formula：

Three separate extruders support different material formulas for layer A, B and C. It optimizes film barrier, toughness and sealing performance by adjusting each layer’s composition, which cannot be achieved by single-layer or ABA machines.

Stable Film Quality & Excellent Bag Performance：

Produced LDPE film features excellent softness, high clarity, great heat-sealing property and uniform thickness. Finished bags have strong tensile resistance, smooth surface and fewer wrinkles, meeting high-standard packaging demands.

Full Automatic Operation & High Production Capacity

It adopts PLC touchscreen control, IBC internal bubble cooling and automatic winding system. Simple operation, low energy consumption and stable long-run operation reduce labor cost and minimize downtime for packaging manufacturers.
